1,2,3 ACTION!

Where: Bran, Brasov county
Number of partners: 5

Target group:
10 young people, social or youth workers, peer educators, or who work with unemployed young people, professionals or volunteers, members of NGOs who want to develop fundraising activities in their organization.

Objectives:
• Initiating young people in creative methods, strategies and fundraising techniques.
Developing new competences that can raise young people’s chances to fight unemployment.
Raising the awareness about the importance of young people’s and NGO’s involvement in the society.
Raising the awareness of the civil society about getting involved in the financial support of the social programs developed by NGO’s and young people.


Stages of the project:

1.knowing the participants and the working groups
2.what is fundraising? Observing different types of behaviour and situations in fundraising context
3.awarenes of the importance of efficient verbal and non verbal communication in the relation with possible partners
4.how to identify needs?
5.observing fund raising methods
6.realising fund raising strategies& testing them
7.evaluation
