The Voice in Social Change is a Social Action Project competition by UNESCO and Humanitarian Affairs to be held in The 4th University Scholars Leadership Symposium in Manila, Philippines.
Official delegates of the 4th USL Symposium (http://universityscholars.tumblr.com/manilasymposium) are given the opportunity to present their Social Action Project Proposals in the event. For the actualization of these projects, teams/individuals can get the chance to win up to US$2,000 seed money from UNESCO and Humanitarian Affairs.
