Associació Accent Obert was born as a result of the union of people with concerns for social, environmental and European issues. The main objectives of our organization are: the building of communication among young people from different cultural backgrounds and nationalities, the promotion of the interculturality, and the work with mobility of youths.
The members of Accent Obert have extensive experience in drafting and implementation of European projects and at actions at local, national and international level.
Designing activities for youth people takes much of the efforts of our organization. We put special emphasis on group cooperation and inclusion of youngsters with fewer opportunities.
At local level we have a theatre group who performs in English which may be regarded as a method for paying attention to inclusion and for teaching languages in a non-formal manner.
We organise performances, exhibitions and we participate in many volunteering activities in the city of Terrassa by cooperation with other associations.
