A4ACTION - Association for Initiatives and Continuous Development was created in October 2012, with the aim to promote art and culture, to promote Romanian tourism within youngsters, to deploy educational programs; children, youth and adults ongoing programs; civil involvement, environment and social protection actions and personal development programs.
Even so we are at the beginning of our path, we consider that the experience of our association is represented by the experience of each member that forms the team. From the start point until now we have coordinated 3 projects that received European Commission funds:
1. Traditions define you – Action 1.1 Youth Exchange project. This project was submitted by the non-formal group A4ACTION with the support of Romanian Tourism GuidesAssociation( ATGR) and it was implemented from 18th until 27th of May 2013 in Maramureș;
2. Paradise of biodiversity- Action 3.1a – Cooperation with the neighboring Partner Countries of the European Union – Training and Networking; project implemented in Murighiol Town, Tulcea District, Romania from 14th until 21st of September 2013;
3. Alternative- Action 1.2 Youth Initiatives, project implemented in Snagov Village, Ilfov District from 1st of September until 31st of October 2013.

The most requiring project that we coordinate, was financed by our own funds. Its name is A4ACTION Youth Center. The Youth Center opens its doors for the children and youth people from Snagov, since the month of May 2015. By setting up this A4ACTION Youth Centre, we want to raise awareness, to educate the youngsters in terms of active participation in community life; to promote volunteering and non-formal education among youth people; to develop volunteer programs; personal programs; advisory and consultancy programs in areas like legal (legislation in areas of interest to young people about volunteering), personal branding, project management; training development programs for teachers; developing programs for parents.
