Centre of leisure time Lužánky is allowance organization form by Southern Moravia Region and it is establishment for special - interested education.
Main activities:
- offer of possibilities how to spend leisure time for mothers with babies, children, youth, adults and elders (summer camps, exhibitions, creative workshops, theatre festivals, concerts, competitions, races, theatre performances, lessons, seminaries, trips, trainings and meetings).
- regular leisure activities for children, youth and adults. Almost 250 leisure groups, organizations and courses.
- offer of education programmes for teachers.
- occasional events to Brno public – Earth Day, Christmas workshops, Easters in Lužánky…
- all-year round activities – Lužánky greenhouses, clubs…
- children´s and baby clinic – help with learning, food-intake, logopedics, for nursing mother.
- pedagogic and education programmes for children from kindergartens, primary school and grammar school – drama, social sciences, art and pottery, family and sex education, natural science, health, media.

Target category: babies, children, youth, adults, elders.

Numer of its employees: cca 100 insiders and about 100 externs and more than 200 volunteers.

Philosophy: training and recreative activities and prepare conditions for filling interests in all sorts of branches of leisure time activities (from sports and arts to social and natural science).
