The Pivotal Role of Water in Climate Change- Advertisement Competition 2012-2013 (http://crrdsc.jimdo.com/the-role-of-water-in-climate-change-advertisement-competition-2013/ ) called on professionals and non-professionals to demonstrate all aspects of water resources as the fundamental and a crucial link between the climate system, human society and the environment, and the vital role of water in everyday life.
Ads should contain problems and consequences that climate change affects the water or could show what people can do in their daily lives to generate innovative thinking regarding actions required to accelerate measures for fighting climate change consequences, to what we can do as communities, countries, and as global citizens.
Water is a human right, and this competition is about inspiring people across the world to record all aspects that inspires others to preserve water.
The competition is open to professionals and non-professionals of all countries aged 15 years and over, and entrants can submit up to five entries for the competition.
The winners will be awarded with prizes: 1-st place- 3000 US$; 2nd- 2500 US$; 3rd- 2000 US$.
There will be additional prizes for the highly commended entries.
