ULTRA, beyond exclusion: how to efficiently use non‐formal learning to foster inclusionand empower young people with limited access to civic life and self‐realisation

Dear friends, dear colleagues,
the Hungarian organisation “TE IS” in co‐operation with the Russian movement “SFERA” invites you to apply to become a partner organisation in our envisaged 7‐day training course “ULTRA – beyond exclusion”;

MAIN ELEMENTS:

- exclusion, inclusion, participation:
What groups and individuals are we talking about? What do we want to reach with & for them?
- planning and designing non‐formal learning activities for inclusion groups: matching of target roup ↔ needs ↔ objectives ↔ methodology, how to ensure impact & relevance
- exchange of experiences, showcase of best practices
- tools for efficient communication and interpersonal support:
feedback, coaching, mentoring, non‐verbal communication, appreciative inquiry
- implementing non‐formal learning activities for inclusion groups: teamwork, facilitation, debriefing, practical considerations
- and AAACTION! designing and running non‐formal learning activities in front of the group

Eligible countries: all EU member states (YiA Programme Countries) and countries of the Eastern European and the Caucasus region (EECA)
