    A training course for young and motivated volunteers who want to use non-formal tool of a social theatre in their work with peers. Social theatre has proved itself as one of the most effective tools when working with young people.
    What is Social Theatre?
    Social theatre is a theatre for development skills of the audience. It encourages improvisation of the actors and participation of the audience. The plays are performed to build awareness about a social problems in society: environment, health, youth development, unemployment, and domestic violence ets.
    Usually the performance is carried out for 15-25 minutes and after that the audience is invited in discussion of what they saw on the stage and a facilitator is managing the discussion by asking persons from the audience what they have seen during the play and what is their personal attitude towards the problem. The ending goal of social theatre is the change of behavior of the audience(even though it is not that easy).
    Why social theatre?
    According to the results of the research tool of non-formal education is much more effective if your actions are directed for behavioral change. Besides that, theatre is a great fun for the audience it helps young people to take a look at situation from the inside and to see the consequences of their actions.
    Theatre also helps a lot for those who is involved in the process of creation of the performance and representation it to the audience, it helps young people to become more open-minded and self-sure.
    The aim and objectives
    The main aim of the event is to create a team of international youth leaders of the social theatre groups in their organization in order to implement non-formal tools of education in the community of their peers.
    The objectives:
    1. Build the capacity of young people to plan, design and deliver high quality theatre based peer education training programmes in SEE, EECA and EU regions;
    2. Train participants in utilizing the theatre Based techniques for youth peer education
    3. Create the friendly and comfortable atmosphere for young people in order to develop future plans and actions
