This training camp is aimed to ADULTS. It's registered as a Grundtvig In-Service project. In-service training activities enable people working in the field of adult learning to undertake a training course abroad in formal, informal and no formal education.
Participants improve their practical teaching, coaching, counselling or management skills and gain a broader understanding of adult learning in Europe.

The deadline for Grundtvig In Service applicants is 30 April
This 6-day camp will give you profound inspiration and will help you rethink the economics of your life. You'll learn gardening, building with natural materials (including clay), sharing wholesome and local food, having fun and time for reflection to help you start or further your personal transition to a more sustainable way of life.
We will bring together all resident tutors at The Hollies Centre for Practical Sustainability and you’ll get to learn some of the skills of most courses we offer during the year.
workshops will include:
-Starting a food garden, vegetables and fruit - woodland management, coppice and firewood. - Natural Building: Cob, clay-straw, timber. - Take care of your health - How to build a home in spite of recession - Re-thinking economics - Tool care - Carpentry - Composting - Bread making, preserves, sprouting, juicing and foraging – Co-operative Games - Qi – Gong and meditation – building community by working together
