  The course wants to be a 5 days for a total of 35 hours full immersion of theory and practice in active citizenship. We will share experiences on the central role of voluntary networks and associations in building a better cross-cultural world based on the value of solidarity.This week aims to be a “life experience” for fifty young persons who are curious and interested in the evolution of the political community not only as a subject of investigation, but also as a new opportunity for freedom and volunteer activity.The course will be taught in English.In these days we will have lectures by professors, experts, and individuals who are leading members of international institutions. The course will be based on group work, interactive lectures, and meetings with important leaders of volunteer organizations, who will share their knowledge and real experience of active solidarity.
  Accommodation:
  All travel costs are covered by us.
  You are going to live all together in a hostel in the centre of Milan.
  You will share common rooms with 4, 6, 8 or 16 beds.
  In the hostel kitchen you will cook breakfast and dinner, sharing the fun of organizing together your meals.
  For lunch there will be a catering service.
  If you are between 18 and 30, you live in Europe or in the Mediterranean Area and you speak a pretty good English fill entirely the application form. Actually you do not need to have had a previous volunteer experience, your interest on this kind of topic will be adequate.
  We will make a selection of the candidates trying to mix different countries, volunteers and non volunteers, gender, in order to make the group as most heterogeneous as possible.
