Main idea of this training is to educate young people and youth leaders in the
field of entrepreneurship, to encourage them to release their creativity and to
directly support them to develop and carry out their ideas, in order to
encourage them to find solutions for employment.
Specific objectives:
Promotion of the Youth in Action programme as a tool for cooperation;
Involving young people in regional and Europe-wide entrepreneurship projects;
Offering support for the development of grass root initiatives and ideas;
Developing entrepreneurial thinking in the non-formal learning context;
Improving skills of participants for self-development and self-employment;
Developing innovation, creativity and basic business development skills;
Strengthening partnerships and networking at local, national, regional and
European level through Youth in Action.
For whom?
For youth leaders and youth workers who:
1. are working with young people in their everyday reality
2. are familiar with the reality of young people in their local community
3. are involved in the field of youth employment and/or social inclusion
4. have knowledge and practice of non-formal education and learning
5. are interested in developing social enterprises with their young people
6. are committed to applying their newly gained skills in their communities and
within their respective organisations.
We need partners from programme countries, SEE and EACA countries.
