  • Melle’s agricultural school Jacques Bujault (Deux-Sèvres, France) is searching for an English school to organized exchange programs.
This school belongs to the agricultural, food, fishing, rurality and developing minister. They received about 300 students (about 70 girls) from the 4th year of high school to the BTEC higher national diploma, for trainings in environment and agriculture. They have a residence to accommodate the students during the school week.
This establishment wants to develop an exchange program with an English school.
They would like to assure reciprocity in the exchange.
It would involve an 11th grade class, about 20 students, age 14/15. This class has the same training program as the National Education, but it distinguishes oneself with a special class “Ecology, agronomy, territory and sustainable development”. It is an initiation to ecology, one of the issues of tomorrow’s world with a multidisciplinary approach of the territory and citizenship.
This school wishes to establish a sustainable partnership with a school from an English language spoken country. The objective would be to organize a stay in the partner school with the accommodation in the student’s families and a training period for the students. The school would then welcome the English students in France with the same kind of accommodation and a training period to.
