  This project will bring together different partners: enterprises, non-profit organizations - schools
  
  By initiating this trans-sectorial project we want to develop a sustainable network around the employability of young people. In accordance with our partners we are foreseeing the following actions:
  
  1er step towards an enterprise / internship in an enterprise
  Production of a booklet : from the town (Cité) to the city (City)
  
  Mobility of workers
  Codes et Cultures of the enterprise for an efficient integration
  creation of communication tools (CV, letter of motivation)
  operational preparation of job interviews, of the motivation and of the recruitment
  workshop: creation of entreprises
  
  
  In addition we want to develop a strong network of partners with the aim to work on the following as well as on other questions:
  - the mobility of the young workers
  - the possibility of a first professional working experience for young job demanders
  - the training in diversity and the management of diversity of young people, of company leaders and of leaders of non-profit organizations
  - the employability and the culture of enterprises
  - the participation of young people in active citizenship
  
  These target actions give more value and will strongly lead to efficiency in the actions for a better cooperation between young people, non-profit organizations, schools and enterprises.
  
  The duration of the project is 24 month.
