  • The project aims to encourage and empower youth workers, social workers, community workers, trainers and NGOs to explore the community capacities, to share the best practices of community inclusion into public and social life, to learn the non-conflict and sustainability approaches while working on the projects.

    Among the general aims of the whole project is promotion of active position in the society, encouraging the community/social inclusion within the public and social life, empowering active youth with the best practices to work within their communities, development of sustainable projects.

    Among the main aims of the training are:

    • Enhance the participants’ capabilities and practical skills in: conflict transformation, non-violent communication methods, intercultural dialogue, preventing and combating discrimination through a series of interconnected training modules, therefore offering them more constructive tools in dealing with discrimination/segregation issues in their local communities,
    • to determine the phenomena of community/social inclusion and to point out its’ place in the society and people’s lives,
    • to share the best practices in regards to different areas of community inclusion,
    • to overview the realities of community situations in different countries of participants;
    • to learn main theoretical background of inclusion in terms of learning the pre-conditions, the dangers and consequences of social exclusion including segregation and marginalization,
    • to explore the significance of Sustainable Development deals with: use and exploitation of natural resources, protecting ecosystems, environmental issues and global citizenship
    • to provide the open-space for sharing the tools (arts, sports, education, etc), methods, existing practices from partners and other organizations to initiate the community projects,
    • to develop new community projects to be implemented when back at home;
    • to have first feed-backs from other participants presenting the project at the last days.
