COACHING TOWARDS THE EMPLOYMENT OF THE YOUTH OF THE QUARTER

  • Generally the adolescents are the dorsum thorn of a society. The insertion of the youngsters of quarters constitutes nowadays one of the main challenges of social cohesion. Or significant differences remain on the issue of level of qualification and the rate of employment between the youngsters of districts which are categorized as sensible and the youngsters of other quarters.
    The adolescents residing in sensible quarters form likewise an important component, although it is difficult enough to measure, from the concerned public through the decrease in school and the adolescents who leave school without a degree from the educational system.
    The social integration of these youngsters will be completely emphasized because she is searching to grant to each individual, independent of his situation or his surroundings, to give the possibility and the means to participate fully to the society (economical, civic and cultural ordinarily activities).
    Our main objective is to promote the improvement of access of the youngsters to the labour market which is effectively a major concern for the adolescents. Better politics for the employment are required for a promotion of social inclusion, and they are by no means exclusive and they must not be completed by other social measures.
    During the project we want to promote the employability of the adolescents coming from popular quarters through a detour of making connections between enterprises and youngsters who are asking for a job.
    We are going to support the youngsters who abandoned the school system without diploma with means of company. What is more to follow and evaluate them in their research of solutions for their future.
    The final objective is to formulate us suggestions which strive, more on a strategic plan than on a operational one, to improve the effect of the measures and the coordination between the actors. Concerning this we are executing on one hand recommendations which accentuate the fight against quitting school and on the other hand we improve the access to jobs and to training courses to the youngsters.
    This project aims to youngsters between 20 and 25 years who abandoned the school system or who are searching for a job.
