“How can I become a great leader?” is a question that most of us might have been wondering. We fulfil that dream by the consistent practice of various skills like communication, time management, teamworking… Surprisingly, the very first step to be a leader of people is to be the leader of yourself.

Who am I? What is the real mission of my life?

It takes everyone years and years to answer these questions. Only when you deeply understand yourself and are able to answer the above questions with strong faith, you are ready to be a great leader. Therefore, Self-leadership has emerged to be the foundation on which other skills will be built.

Held by Vietlearning, a Vietnamese NGO, a presentative of STEPS4NGOS project funded by Youth in Action Program of the EU, Blue Ocean Camp aims to help youngsters gain not only excellent interpersonal skills but also essential inner skills.
