This approved training lost recently 2 german participants and we are now searching for 2 new fresh and motivated Germans to take over a seat in the training. It will be a 6 day training course for youth workers which supports them in developing the skills to recruit, train and manage young people as volunteers within their own organisations. The training will focus on volunteers from all backgrounds within the participants own target groups, including those with fewer opportunities; and on using the European Voluntary Service (EVS) as a mechanism for hosting volunteers within their own organisations as well as a way of sending young people to work in organisations in other parts of Europe.
